Just devine - eggs and bacon for breakfast. Well actually, to be more specific - good quality sour dough bread, fresh Christmas off-the-bone ham and free-range eggs cooked so the yocks are still a river of gold. Seasoned to taste.
This would have to be one of my favourite meals. Something I never get sick of eating.
This meal was made on Christmas eve morning and was a very welcome offering by my father. Oh for Christmas and family....
